Olivia advises companies operating in Asia across a wide range of sustainability management services, with a focus on materiality and strategy, sustainability reporting, stakeholder engagement, and supply chain sustainability. She also led several grant-funded projects on information technology and disadvantaged populations in China, climate resilience and private sector engagement in Vietnam, and gender equality and empowerment in global supply chains.
Prior to joining BSR, Olivia worked in Canada as a vice president for the global youth network AIESEC Canada. Before that, she was vice president for AIESEC China. In both roles, Olivia was responsible for finance, conferences, and building capacity of local AIESEC chapters.
Olivia holds a BA in International Trade and Economics from the University of International Business and Economics. Olivia speaks English, Mandarin Chinese, and French.
