Daniela supports member companies within the consumer products sector, focusing on supply chain sustainability.

Prior to joining BSR, Daniela was a manager and partnerships advisor at Resonance, a sustainability and management consulting firm. In this role, Daniela supported engagements with commercial clients in the food, beverage, and agriculture space, led partnership and strategy development for donors, and facilitated trainings for donors to build capacity around ways of collaborating with companies to achieve sustainable outcomes. Previously, Daniela worked at the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) in Washington, DC, where she implemented private sector-led development projects in Latin America and was also a consultant for the OECD in Paris.

A native Spanish speaker, Daniela holds a MBA from Université Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne, a MSc in International Development from the London School of Economics, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Florida.

Jiajia works with BSR member companies across industries on sustainability management, including supply chain sustainability and human rights.

Prior to joining BSR, Jiajia was part of the international labor standards team at The Walt Disney Company. She worked with leaders across the company and external partners to ensure compliance with labor standards requirements, with the aim of improving factory working conditions as part of a responsible supply chain. Her experience spans policy implementation, stakeholder engagement and remediation through social compliance audits. She was involved in projects focusing on forced labor indicators, recruitment fee repayment and fair employment practices. She was also a representative in its Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy taskforce. Jiajia started her career in a boutique sustainability reporting consulting firm, and also has corporate work experience in financial crimes compliance at MUFG Bank.

Jiajia holds a BBA (Hons.) in Accountancy and Management & Human Capital from the National University of Singapore. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Cliodhnagh focuses on supply chain sustainability under BSR’s consumer sectors practice. She has more than 10 years of international business experience, spanning business development, sustainability, technology, and design.

Previously, Cliodhnagh worked as a Sustainable Agribusiness Consultant with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). In 2017, she completed the Origin Green Ambassador Programme, a two-year executive education master’s program developed to support the promotion and implementation of Ireland’s Origin Green, the world’s first national sustainability plan for the food and drink sector. As part of the program, she spent three secondments delivering sustainability projects for FAO, Tyson Foods, and Sodexo. She has also worked with Burberry and Alexander McQueen.

Cliodhnagh holds a first-class honors MSc. in Business Sustainability from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in Dublin, a B.A. in Business and Economics from Trinity College Dublin, and a postgraduate degree in Design from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in California. 

Jorgette leads BSR’s consumer products practice for the United States, and the global food, beverage, and agriculture practice. She focuses on aligning innovative sustainability practices with business strategy and operations, working with executives from the food, beverage, and agriculture; consumer packaged goods; apparel; footwear; and retail industries, among others.

Jorgette brings more than 10 years of experience consulting with multinational companies and governments, with expertise in supply chain management, procurement, strategy, and employee engagement. She has worked at Arthur Andersen, Great Place to Work, and Unisys. She also spent four years at PepsiCo leading global supplier CSR assurance. Jorgette speaks English and Spanish.

Jorgette holds a B.A. in Economics and Policy Studies, with a minor in Marketing, from Syracuse University.

Sandrine supports BSR member companies across industries and areas of expertise, with a focus on supply chain sustainability and sustainability management.

Prior to joining BSR, Sandrine worked as Program Manager at Makesense in the Philippines, where she designed and coordinated various initiatives to promote social and environmental action across the country. There, she led the Plastic Smart Cities program in partnership with WWF, where she supported and coached social entrepreneurs in creating viable solutions to eradicate plastic pollution. She has also intervened as an external consultant on sustainability-linked projects for companies in the logistics, agricultural, and social sectors. 

Sandrine holds a BCom in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Social Business Strategy from McGill University and a MSc in Sustainability and Social Innovation from HEC Paris. She speaks French, English, Spanish and Arabic.

Michael leads BSR’s work with companies in the information and communications technology (ICT) industry.

His experience in sustainability with global ICT companies includes addressing climate, human rights, and ethics issues in various settings, including mines, the factory floor, and cyberspace. From drafting reporting regulations and audit protocols on greenhouse gas (GHG) to advising on renewable energy procurement for data centers and human rights opportunities with blockchain, his experience touches all parts of the sector.

Before joining BSR, Michael was the senior program director at the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC) and acted as the director for the Conflict-Free Sourcing Initiative. He also served in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) climate change and stratospheric protection divisions, focusing on mitigation of and reporting on GHG emissions. In addition, he previously worked for a sustainability consulting firm in Hong Kong.

Michael holds a J.D. and a Master’s in Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School and a B.A. in International Relations from Michigan State University.

Awa works with BSR member companies across industries with a focus on sustainability management, supply chain sustainability, animal welfare, and climate change. She also supports BSR’s CoLab initiative.

Prior to joining BSR, Awa drove in-house corporate responsibility strategies and projects at DER Touristik Group, a European travel company. There, she managed the group’s environmental protection and resource conservation program, developed and implemented its global animal welfare strategy, and contributed to industry projects on sustainable food, among others. Awa has also worked to promote renewable energy by consulting on bringing new technologies to market and by managing initiatives to study and scale renewables in Sub-Saharan Africa. This included working with grassroots organizations and community members to assess the viability of small-scale solar applications to mitigate climate change and health risks. 

Awa is a Fulbright alumna and holds a M.S. in Environmental Studies, a M.A. in International Development from Ohio University, and a B.A. in Journalism and Business Communication from the University of Europe for Applied Sciences. She speaks German and English.

Indiana supports BSR’s consumer sectors practice globally and is involved in supply chain sustainability projects, focusing on the development and implementation of sustainable sourcing strategies for companies. Indiana is managing the Responsible Luxury Initiative and used to manage the Southeast Asia Reptile Conservation Alliance (SARCA).

Indiana started with BSR as a Communications Associate to provide event, content, marketing, and digital support to BSR staff and projects. She also served as the Communications Coordinator for several BSR collaborative initiatives. Prior to BSR, Indiana created and co-launched FoodCloud, an organization focusing on food waste reduction by connecting supermarkets and restaurants with surplus food to organizations and charities that distribute food. Indiana is French and has lived in four countries. She is a French native speaker and speaks English and Spanish fluently.

Indiana holds a B.A. in Business and Spanish from Trinity College Dublin and a Master in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management.

Lin leads BSR’s work in China, with a focus on women workers’ empowerment and supply chain sustainability issues.

She has extensive external and government relations connections and experience and is one of the leading thinkers on supply chain, economic development, and labor issues in China.

Lin started her sustainable business career at the ILO in Geneva, where she designed a project on human resources management and labor relations in China’s special economic zones. She returned to China in 2001 to serve as the project’s chief technical advisor. In 2005, IKEA recruited Lin as a sustainability manager, where she was responsible for the overall IKEA China supply chain sustainability scope, including social and environmental compliance and external relations, as well as for contributing to global sustainability strategy and action plans. 

Lin holds an M.P.S. in International Development Policy from Cornell University and a B.A. in Political Economics and Education from Shanghai Teacher’s College.

Diana leads BSR’s Supply Chain practice, working with companies to integrate forward-thinking sustainability strategies into the value chain. She focuses on helping companies manage their supplier engagement program to meet aggressive environmental and social targets.

Diana brings to BSR over a decade of sustainability experience, covering a wide array of issue areas such as single-use plastics reduction strategies, carbon neutrality scope 3 roadmaps, green procurement guidelines, labor and human rights policies, all the way through to reporting and disclosure. She has a background in economics and management consulting and has worked across the consumer, technology, financial services, energy, pharmaceutical, and nonprofit sectors.

A dual US-Swiss citizen, Diana holds a MBA in Environmental Management and Policy from The George Washington University School of Business and a BA in Economics from Bates College. Diana speaks Spanish and French.

Victoria is a part of BSR’s nature team, where she helps companies understand their impacts and risks related to Nature and develop ambitious strategies and solutions to mitigate their impacts. She supports this work across various industries, including consumer products and food, beverage, and agriculture.  

Prior to joining BSR, Victoria worked at the World Cocoa Foundation, a nonprofit organization that works with companies and stakeholders throughout the cocoa supply chain to collaborate and promote a sustainable cocoa sector. While there, she managed industry sustainability initiatives that focused on engaging companies around shared targets for smallholder cocoa farmers in West Africa and Brazil to improve farmer livelihoods, empower communities, and protect the environment.

During her undergraduate studies, Victoria participated in a sustainable development direct research program in Costa Rica with the School for Field Studies. She holds a BA in Environmental Studies from Saint Michael’s College, with minors in Sociology and History.
