At Climate Week NYC the group will launch their latest Transformation Guide on Climate Transition Action Plans, and share their own approaches to designing a credible plan, including insights on aligning expectations from leadership and functional teams, consulting with external stakeholders to achieve ambition and integrity, and communicating transformation plans transparently and effectively. They will also share what the group considers to be essential elements of credible Climate Transition Action Plans.
